Willow

Welcome to Willow Class!

We are a Year 1 class and our teachers are Mrs Crawley and Mrs Connolly! We are also lucky to have different teaching assistants to help us on different days!

Beginning the day with a Maths challenge, we warm up our brains and get ready for our lessons. We are a vibrant and friendly class and we work hard to support each other in order to achieve our very best. We make sure that we are having fun while we are learning and that we are always trying new and exciting things during our lessons. The most important thing is that we are trying our best at all times and enjoying ourselves while learning.

We receive house points and stickers when we meet our school values which involve being respectful, ready and responsible. We also earn them for trying hard and helping others.

Our PE days are Monday and Wednesday. Homework and spellings go out on a Friday and should be back in on Wednesday. Our reading books should be in school every day with our reading records and these are changed on Thursday.

We are very excited to be back in school and also about the year ahead!
